Background verification
Ex-employee background verification requests are handled by the HR office. Please email hr@groupvb.com with your full name, dates of employment and the verifier's contact. Turnaround is typically two business days.
Employee grievance
Current employees can raise grievances confidentially through the internal portal accessed via your VB SSO. If you cannot access the portal, email hr@groupvb.com; a senior HR partner will respond within one business day.
Campus and internships
VB Group runs structured internships across engineering and digital roles. Final-year and graduate-school applicants can apply via the careers portal. Internship cohorts open twice a year.
