Compliance baseline
All vendors must meet statutory compliance for their domicile: GST/PAN/TDS in India, EIN and W-9 in the USA, applicable EHS clearances for on-site work. We do not work with intermediaries.
Payment terms
Standard payment terms are 30 days from undisputed invoice receipt. Critical-path suppliers may negotiate accelerated cycles. PO numbers are mandatory on every invoice.
