VB Group runs structured tenders for engineering scopes, infrastructure supply and capital equipment. Registered vendors can view and bid for live tenders through the portal.

Live tender lists, technical and commercial documents, addenda and bid submission flows are available through the VB Group tender portal. Access requires an active vendor registration. If you are not yet registered, complete vendor onboarding first; tender access follows automatically. For specific tender questions, write to connect@groupvb.com with the tender reference.
Rules of the road for VB tenders.
Bid integrity
Bids submitted through the portal only. No side channels. Late bids are rejected. All bidders receive identical addenda. Any clarifications are posted to all registered bidders on the same day.
Evaluation
Technical evaluation precedes commercial evaluation. The lowest commercial bid does not always win; capability, schedule risk and prior performance count. Evaluation criteria are published with each tender.
Confidentiality
Tender documents are confidential to the bidder. Sharing with third parties without VB written consent is grounds for disqualification and removal from the empanelled vendor list.
